Greetings everyone!
So a few announcements, the first being that I have completed and will shortly have a brand new “New Pulp Omega” novella available for purchase on Amazon.com…
The novella you ask? What could it possibly be ABOUT?
Easy:
Your classic tale of a group of WW2 era superheroes that almost singlehandedly won the war for the allied troops with disastrous consequences. Leading this “Allied Freedom Squadron” is the always beloved Anne America, a beautiful blonde with incredible strength and near indestructibility. She leads this group of multi-national heroes against the mass produced Nazi Übermensch to almost certain destruction! The fate of the world rests upon her muscled shoulders, but does she waver? You can bet your last nickel they do NOT sirs!
It is a tale about people being heroes, and heroes also being people. It is, of course action packed, filled to the brim with pulp, and more than a little vinegar.
The title?
Heh, for once I don’t have that one.
The rest of the work is complete, but the title eludes me! If any of you BRAVE and WONDERFUL readers can help me out with a suitably pulpy WW2 era title I would be VERY appreciative.
Aside from this, no doubt, riveting news:
I am nearing the half-way mark on my latest Novella: returning finally to that same war torn world of my previous “Beastly” (By far my best selling work thus far…) to retell another classic:
“Peter and Pan” is the title and it aims to be an even more ambitious, darker, and more incredible tale than the first outing to the
strange fairy-tale land of Beastly…
I do hope that it is as beloved as the first novella as I would LOVE to write a whole mess of sequels! Returning to a fantasy land that you had created so wonderfully in your own mind only to find that it has changed over time, that the passing hours have made it wiser and more interesting both to you AND those with whom you would let share your vision…well really folks there is
nothing quite like it.
Of course there are never enough hours in the day for such things and so I leave you all with a quote:
“Most of American life consists of driving somewhere and then returning home, wondering why the hell
you went.”
- John Updike
